Welcome to A Frog Pond.

This is a site about keeping a native frog pond in a suburban backyard.

I would like to share my family’s experience of creating a frog friendly garden.

As native habitat becomes more difficult to find we need to provide more emergency accommodation for our native frogs.

So far Western Australia has managed to maintain most of its frog species. You can be part of this important work and have lots of fun in the process.

I hope this site inspired you to have your own pond.
